Arc Experience is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead after-school programs in Southern California. You will manage a staff, mentor program leads, and foster a safe, engaging environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, staff development, and community collaboration. The role requires 2+ years in program ops and 1+ year of leadership, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication with kids, parents, school staff, and teachers.
• Ability to supervise and support staff with minimal direction.
• Ability to collaborate with all staff levels.
• Professional integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and common OS.
• College transcripts showing 48+ credits or pass proficiency exam.
• TB test with negative result and Live Scan background check.
• CPR and first aid training or certification within 12 months.
• English-Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Ensure programs are engaging and support academic, social, and emotional development.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool staff.
• Serve as primary contact with school administration and build partnerships.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide professional development for staff.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for staff and students.
• Address student behavior in a constructive manner.
• Monitor attendance and engagement and coordinate with parents/teachers.
• Collaborate with district staff to align with program goals and community needs.
• Communicate progress and activities with parents/guardians.
• Maintain records including attendance and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
• Develop and manage program budget and resources.
• Oversee program setup, materials, space, and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and meals as needed.
• Represent the organization positively to stakeholders.
