Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Site Coordinator in Southern California to lead and support after-school programs with a focus on student growth, safety, and engagement. You will mentor Program Leads, organize daily activities, and ensure alignment with school expectations and district guidelines.

The role requires at least 2 years in program operations and 1 year managing a team, with strong communication, bilingual abilities preferred, and a commitment to equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• English–Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• CPR and first aid training within 12 months.
• TB test and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Serve as primary contact with school administration and staff.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor attendance, communicate with families, and ensure safety.
