Arc Experience is seeking a Site Coordinator in Southern California to lead after-school programs, mentor Program Leads, and support student growth. You will oversee staff, manage schedules, and foster an engaging, safe environment for youth across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and community partnerships, with full-time status and benefits. Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication with kids, parents, school admin and teachers.
• Ability to supervise and support staff without constant direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• TB test and Live Scan background check.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 12 months.
• English-Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct evaluations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school administration.
• Coordinate transportation and meals/snacks for students as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and program evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
