Arc Experience is seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to lead afterschool programs in Southern California. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and partner with schools to support student growth. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and program quality, with opportunities to mentor Program Leads and contribute to community impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• College credits 48+ or approved proficiency exam.
• English and Spanish bilingual communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Ensure programs are engaging, age-appropriate, and supportive of development.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff.
• Serve as primary contact for school administration and partnerships.
• Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct evaluations.
• Provide ongoing professional development for staff.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment for staff and students.
• Monitor attendance and address concerns with parents and school staff.
• Collaborate with district staff to meet program goals.
• Maintain records including attendance and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements.
• Develop and manage program budget and resources.
• Coordinate transportation and meals as needed.
