Job summary

arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking a Site Coordinator in Los Angeles to lead afterschool programs and mentor staff. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with school partners, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for youth.

The role requires 2+ years in after-school programming, 1+ year of supervision, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Benefits include healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in after-school programming operations and administrative skills.
• 1+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and common operating systems.
• College transcripts showing 48+ credits or passing an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check; CPR/First Aid training within 12 months.
• English–Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison with school administration and parents.
• Develop staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety, inclusivity, and program compliance.
