Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Ability to communicate with kids and parents clearly.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator and act as second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Establish and enforce rules to promote positive behavior.
• Coordinate, manage, and participate in indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Attend trainings to stay updated on best practices in childcare and program management.
