Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong communication with kids and parents.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• TB test and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator and act as the second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee the safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Develop, coordinate, and lead indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Track attendance and help ensure grant compliance.
