Tobin Afterschool in Natick seeks enthusiastic, energetic part‑time Group Leaders to support elementary‑aged students during afterschool hours. Join our welcoming, caring team of professionals and teach Art, Yoga, Music, Coding, or other special subjects.

Work in a team-teaching atmosphere with daily activities planning, and a focus on safety and interpersonal growth. 18+ with experience in education preferred; EEC Group Leader Qualified is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in education is required.
• EEC Group Leader Qualified preferred.

Afterschool Group Leaders Wanted at Tobin Afterschool in Natick

Tobin Afterschool in Natick is seeking enthusiastic, energetic part‑time Group Leaders to support elementary‑aged students during afterschool hours. Join our welcoming, caring team of professionals and teach Art, Yoga, Music, Coding, or other special subjects.

Part‑Time Positions

• 20–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1:30–6:00
• Extended hours on public‑school early release days, school vacation days, and snow days
• School‑year position with option of summer employment

Position Description

• Work closely in a team‑teaching atmosphere, providing a warm, caring environment for children.
• Guide and support the children in developing interpersonal skills in a fun, respectful, and safe environment.
• Plan and run daily activities for school‑aged children.
• Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with all children, faculty, and parents/guardians.
• Oversee and facilitate the general safety of the children’s environment and activities.
• Act as a role model for the children regarding appearance and behavior, communicating in a clear, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 or older.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is required.
• EEC Group Leader Qualified preferred.
• Eagerness to join our professional team of educators.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Department of Education Early Education and Care (EEC) licensing is a plus.
