Tobin Beaudet Schools is seeking a warm, reliable Assistant Group Leader to support our school-age program. This part‑time role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment for children while collaborating closely with colleagues and maintaining strong communication with families. The Assistant Group Leader assists the Group Leader in facilitating daily activities, ensures consistent supervision, and upholds all safety and regulatory standards.
Our program provides a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where children learn through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. We value teacher voice, collaboration, and a child‑centered approach. Our programs are licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and accredited by the Council on Accreditation.
