Job summary

Tobin Afterschool in Natick seeks enthusiastic, energetic part‑time Group Leaders to support elementary‑aged students during afterschool hours. Join our welcoming, caring team of professionals and teach Art, Yoga, Music, Coding, or other special subjects.

Work in a team-teaching atmosphere with daily activities planning, and a focus on safety and interpersonal growth. 18+ with experience in education preferred; EEC Group Leader Qualified is a plus.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working with children or in education is required.
• EEC Group Leader Qualified preferred.
• Eager to join our professional team of educators.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or EEC licensing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-teaching atmosphere to support elementary‑aged students.
• Plan and run daily activities for afterschool.
• Guide children in developing interpersonal skills in a fun, safe environment.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, faculty and parents/guardians.
• Ensure overall safety of the children and activities.
• Model professional appearance and behavior.
