Qualifications

• Independent work ethic with ability to manage territory priorities.
• Sales experience and/or training in equipment or related industry.
• Understanding of local market conditions and customer applications.
• Strong communication to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Solid computer skills and ability to use internal systems for tracking and reporting.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share and profitability for aftermarket products within your territory.
• Develop equipment packages, set pricing, pre-qualify customers, and present professional proposals.
• Schedule and conduct product demos and technical presentations to showcase equipment capabilities.
• Coordinate machine deliveries and provide onsite operation and maintenance training for customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term success with equipment.
• Communicate with store leadership, sales teams, and manufacturing partners on product, technical, and commercial topics.
• Identify additional parts, service, and sales opportunities and refer leads to appropriate teams.
• Provide ongoing product training to customers and internal team members.
