Job summary

Horizon Education Centers seeks a School-Based Site Coordinator in Cleveland, OH to lead after-school programming at a CMSD partner school. You will supervise staff, manage enrollment, and ensure safe, engaging spaces aligned with licensing rules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with school personnel, maintaining records for CACFP and SUTQ, and building community partnerships to enrich the program. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires associate’s degree or higher in education or related field.
• Experience in education is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee before/after school programming within the partner school.
• Supervise and develop site staff, including onboarding and scheduling.
• Maintain budget, order supplies, and manage enrollment and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, CACFP, and Step Up to Quality requirements.
• Build partnerships and attend monthly coordination meetings.
• Maintain student files and data in ProCare and related systems.
