Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge and ability to manage a 21st Century Community Learning Center site program.
• Experience working with school-aged children and teachers.
• Ability to perform duties requiring strict confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building program when Program Manager is not present including academic, recreational, and parent programs.
• Teach a subject in the program and substitute for program teachers and activity leaders.
• Administer and collect surveys and other data collection tools.
• Keep daily accurate attendance records of students in the program.
• Supervise parent liaisons to make phone contacts and plan parent programs.
• Work with activity leaders to develop independent activities.
• Attend and plan all monthly professional development sessions.
