• Lead and supervise a team of staff to implement engaging and educational activities.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, school staff, and community members to foster a positive and collaborative program environment.
• Ensure compliance with all organization and district policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and daily site report.
• Collaborate with the site team to implement activities that meet students' academic and social‑emotional needs.
• Handle student discipline in accordance with program policies and procedures.
• Manage program materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate resources are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
