Job summary

Horizon Education Centers seeks a School-Based Site Coordinator in Cleveland, OH to lead after-school programming at a CMSD partner school. You will supervise staff, manage enrollment, and ensure safe, engaging spaces aligned with licensing rules.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee before/after school programming within the partner school.
  • Supervise and develop site staff, including onboarding and scheduling.
  • Maintain budget, order supplies, and manage enrollment and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, CACFP, and Step Up to Quality requirements.
  • Build partnerships and attend monthly coordination meetings.
  • Maintain student files and data in ProCare and related systems.

Westropp Elementary School in Cleveland, OhioSalary Information: Full-time salaried positionHours: General Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday (may adjust to meet specific site hours)Reports to: 21st Century Division ExecutiveJob Description:Responsible for coordination and execution of before and after school programming within the partner schoolMust maintain collaborative relationship with site school principal and personnel, regular meetings requiredIdentify and organize program spaces with school personnel; work with the school-based staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and organizedDemonstrate knowledge of child care licensing rulesDemonstrate knowledge of Step Up to Quality requirements; required to maintain Gold levelData collection and good record keeping for CACFP, licensing, and Step Up to QualityRecruitment, hiring, supervision and development of all staff, including onboarding, orientation, payroll, staff schedules, and maintaining staff longevityResponsible for site’s monthly budget and ordering necessary supplies within Horizon’s parametersEnsure customer satisfaction; maintain enrollment and attendance percentagesResponsible for business operations.
