Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs across district sites in Ohio. You will oversee daily activities, schedule coordination, and staff coaching while ensuring safety standards and compliance.

The role requires collaboration with families, schools, and Area Managers to deliver engaging, safe experiences for children in a multi-site environment. Prior program leadership and child-care experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience coordinating before/after school programs
• Knowledge of child development and safety policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and staff

• Lead daily activities and curriculum implementation
• Maintain attendance and check-in/out procedures
• Ensure safety and licensing compliance at all times
