Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; one year or more of college preferred.
• Two to three years childcare or related experience and relevant supervision experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, organizes and leads all daily after-school program activities.
• Provides day-to-day direction and supervision of staff and sites.
• Maintains records, timesheets, lesson plans and incident reports.
• Recruits and develops program staff; ensures adequate coverage for activities.
• Fosters YMCA values of respect, responsibility, caring, honesty and faith.
