Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a part-time coordinator to oversee an after-school program in Buffalo, NY. You will plan daily activities, ensure safety, manage staff, and interact with families and school personnel to promote program involvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework, SACC credential, and several years of supervisory experience in after-school settings. You will collaborate with community partners and maintain rigorous records to support program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Child Development or 60 college credit hours in Sociology, Humanities, or Liberal Arts.
• SACC credential required.
• Three years of supervision experience in after-school programming.
• Two years monitoring a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant and operating a SACC-licensed program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement daily program activities focusing on enrichment and development.
• Communicate with parents, school personnel, and stakeholders to foster a positive environment.
• Manage program budget and resources to meet student needs.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain attendance and activity records accurately.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate program staff and volunteers.
• Complete required trainings through OCFS and Youth Services Department.
