Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Site Coordinator to foster a safe, enriching environment for youth by leading a dedicated team and delivering high-quality development programs. You will coach staff, design engaging activities, and ensure inclusion across clubs and activities.

Responsibilities include program development across education, sports, arts, and workforce readiness, while maintaining safety and positive club climate through strong leadership and communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years’ experience working in a BGC or other youth development organization.
• 2 years’ experience in personnel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and administrative skills for program planning, record keeping and prioritizing.
• Management abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire Club members, their families, and staff.
• A passion for working with youth and a dedication to their well-being and development.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Develop and or provide programs, activities and services that Engage, Inspire & Empower youth in Education, Sports & Recreation, The Arts, Workforce Readiness, and safety.
• Strategic Planning: Ensure programs reflect current needs and use NYOI data to improve outcomes.
• Resource Management: Purchase supplies and maintain equipment and materials; ensure quality and safety.
• Partnership Development: Build positive relationships with parents and guardians through open communication.
• Marketing and Public Relations: Develop and maintain public relations to increase visibility of programs.
