Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2-3 years childcare or related supervision experience.
• Leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Minimum age 18; CPR/First Aid/AED and related trainings within 60 days.
• Background checks for safety; experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and leads daily after school activities.
• Ensures compliance with program guidelines.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, and development of staff.
• Maintains records, timesheets, lesson plans, incident reports.
• Maintains safe, healthy, and fun environment.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings.
• Follows YMCA policies including safety procedures.
• Works additional hours when school schedule requires.
