Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of staff members.
• Assist in tutoring elementary education (K-6) subject material.
• Assist in implementing age- and developmentally-appropriate activities following YMCA guidelines.
• Assist in planning and implementing program activities that are culturally relevant and aligned with YMCA values.
• Apply basic youth development principles in working with children.
