Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree related to education or youth development.
• At least four years of relevant experience working with children in an educational setting are preferred.
• At least two years of experience supervising staff and managing programs are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of a school-based after-school program.
• Manage daily operations and coordinate with school administration, teachers, and staff.
• Organize program logistics including schedules, lesson plans, snacks, spaces, trips, and supplies.
• Build relationships with the principal and administrative team to integrate NIA staff and hours into the school culture.
• Maintain attendance data and meet data-entry deadlines.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and coaching program staff and volunteers.
• Review lesson plans and support curriculum development.
• Ensure program content aligns with initiative goals and outcomes.
• Participate in school leadership committees and PTA meetings.
