Job summary

Right At School seeks a Program Manager to oversee their before/after school programs in Massachusetts. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and high-quality experiences for children, with a split shift schedule and part-time hours.

You will coach staff, maintain attendance procedures, and ensure licensing and documentation are up to date while communicating effectively with families and school partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development or related field.
• Experience with SA children and ability to work with diverse families.
• Strong communication and collaboration with staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee before/after school programs ensuring safety and engagement.
• Coordinate daily activities, attendance, and program routines.
• Communicate with families and school partners to support program goals.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, check-ins and check-outs, and documentation.
• Coach staff to maintain a joyful, inclusive learning environment.
