Job summary

Right At School seeks a Program Manager to lead morning and after-school programs, ensuring safety, engagement, and compliance. The role emphasizes strong communication with families, staff coaching, and alignment with district expectations.

You will manage daily operations, attendance, and program activities, while fostering a positive, inclusive environment that supports child development and learning goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and related field.
• Communication skills with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Identify and submit proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: uphold safety and joy standards, maintain site docs and licensing.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols.
• Effective Communication: engage families, partners, peers, and children; respond promptly.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain accurate student check-in/out records.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe environment.
