Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before/after school extended day programs with a focus on safety, learning enrichment, and family engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, ensuring licensing standards, and maintaining attendance procedures.

The role requires strong communication, child-development knowledge, and the ability to manage competing priorities across morning and afternoon sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards and guide staff to follow policies.
• Effective Communication: engage with families and partners; respond promptly.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain accurate student check-in/out records.
• Daily Routine: implement activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe environment.
