Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with adults and children.
• Coursework in child development or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety and joy by modeling positive behavior and maintaining safety standards.
• Engage with families, clients, peers, and children to support communication and relationships.
• Support safety protocols and ensure well‑being of participants.
• Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins/check-outs and attendance procedures.
• Plan and implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
