Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Site Coordinator - Program Manager to support before and after school programs in local districts. The role focuses on safety, engagement, and program quality, with responsibilities that include daily activities, check-in/check-out procedures, and staff coordination.

The position offers hourly pay $25-27 based on education and experience, with morning and after-school shifts Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

12 credits minimum of 100+ level college courses.
Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
Coursework or training in child development or related field.
Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Safety & Joy: model qualities, maintain safety and engagement, ensure attendance and staff roles are clear.
Safety Assurance: monitor safety protocols and mitigate risks within the program.
Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, peers, and children; respond to inquiries during program hours.
Documentation and Compliance: maintain student check-in/out records and attendance procedures.
Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
