Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy by modeling staff roles and updating attendance and behavior policies.
• Ensure effective communication with families, clients, peers, and children.
• Document student check-ins/check-outs and ensure name-to-face checks.
• Coordinate daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum to create a safe, engaging environment.
