Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before- and after-school enrichment programs. This role focuses on safety, joy, and staff development while maintaining compliance with licensing and attendance procedures.

You will lead daily activities and collaborate with families to ensure engaging experiences for students. The position requires working hours Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon blocks.

Qualifications

• Required to meet state-specific requirements for positions working with children.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model qualities to ensure safety and joy standards among staff; keep documentation and licensing up to date.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, client partners, and staff to build trust; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain attendance records and follow name-to-face procedures.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
