Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Part-Time Split-Shift Before and After-School Site Program Manager in the JO Combs Unified School District. You will lead a team of educators, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners.

You will manage daily check-in/out, plan enrichment activities, and maintain documentation while communicating with your Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Arizona state requirements must be met.
• Must be able to complete state CPR/first aid training and have a valid AZ fingerprint card.
• Minimum 12 months of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting.
• Must be 21 years of age and have supervisor/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of educators with day-to-day guidance.
• Maintain site documentation, licensing standards, safety, and attendance protocols.
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures with accurate attendance.
• Communicate with families, school partners, and Area Manager during program hours.
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum and activity stations delivered by your team.
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues among staff, students, or families.
• Monitor safety and address hazards; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Report incidents and injuries with proper documentation.
