Job summary

Right At School Program Manager position offering a full-time on-site role. You’ll oversee shift operations, supervise staff, and maintain safety and licensing compliance while delivering engaging before/after-school programming.

Strong communication with families and partners is essential, as is meeting state requirements and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years with children under 13, 1 year of supervision, and a high school diploma; familiarity with Google

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proof of High School Diploma or GED and 12 college credits.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents and staff.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements; First Aid and CPR.
• Cleared tuberculosis test and proof of MMR.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by ensuring safety, joy, and compliance across staff and programs.
• Maintain attendance, safety procedures and licensing standards with accuracy.
• Communicate with families, partners, and staff to build trust and transparency.
• Document student check-ins/check-outs and support daily activities and curriculum.
• Provide daily routines that are engaging and safe for children.
