Strong communication with kids and parents is essential; bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. The role is part-time, non-exempt, with morning and afternoon shifts and requires reliability for commute to school sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during activities.
• Establish and enforce rules to promote positive behavior.
• Coordinate and lead indoor/outdoor enrichment activities.
• Attend trainings and stay updated on best practices in childcare and program management.
