Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to support daily after-school programs for youth across Southern California. You will assist the Site Coordinator and be the second point of contact for families, while ensuring student safety and well-being during activities.

You will plan and manage enrichment activities, track attendance, and help enforce positive behavior. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus and a positive attitude toward ongoing training is expected.

Qualifications

Must be a strong communicator with kids and parents.
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus.
College credits of 48+ or completion of proficiency exam required.

Responsibilities

Assist the Site Coordinator as the second point of contact for parents and administrators.
Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
Establish rules and expectations to promote positive behavior.
Coordinate and lead indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
Attend trainings and staff meetings to stay updated on best practices.
Address challenging behavior with supervisor or parents when needed.
Facilitate sign-up procedures to ensure accurate attendance tracking.
Create clubs and lead activities such as career readiness, cooking, anime, and dance.
