Job summary

Mentoring Alliance seeks a Site Director for one of our After School locations in Tyler, TX. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and build trusted relationships with schools, families, and students to deliver a high-quality program.

You will oversee program launch meetings, address student needs, monitor safety, and communicate with the Area Director to ensure site goals are met. Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support staff and build a healthy staff culture.
• Engage and support families with clear communication and presence.
• Ensure program excellence and daily operations of the site.
• Respond to student needs and manage escalated behaviors.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Area Director on site goals.
