Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services to children from birth to 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team for 1-1 treatment in clients' homes, working alongside BCBAs to deliver individualized plans.

The role offers flexible part-time hours after school, with paid training, supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth. Competitive compensation and benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work locations.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Part-time after-school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others involved.
• Assist in physical activities during sessions and keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
