Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one, home-based ABA treatment for children from birth to 21. The BT works withBoard Certified Behavior Analysts and families, delivering data-driven interventions in a flexible part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication, ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients, including activities like standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, and moving with children aged 2–15.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
• SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday 930am-1230pm.
