Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 treatment in home-based settings, working under BCBA supervision. You will support clients aged 2–15, collecting progress data and assisting families with individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA and confidentiality awareness required.
• Reliable personal transportation to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities that keep pace with children aged 2–15.
