Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, partnering with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans. The role supports families and requires reliable transportation with after-school hours. Training is provided, and compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavior challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and ability to protect client information.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Part-time after-school schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and relevant parties.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
