Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will provide 1-1 behavioral support in clients' homes, implementing plans created by BCBAs and tracking progress with data collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and follow policies
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes
• Support families in implementing treatment plans
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team
• Ensure safety and engagement during sessions, moving with children 2–15 years old
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
