Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services seeks an in-home ABA Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one therapy with children aged 3–23 in their home environment. You will work under a BCBA, following an individualized plan and collecting daily data to track progress and adjust goals.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered approaches, with flexible part-time hours after school and potential weekend shifts. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Background in ABA or related fields required.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the child’s home setting.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor during intervention planning.
• Collect daily data on communication, focus, and behavior goals.
• Document progress notes aligned with individualized treatment plans.
