Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. BTs provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes under supervision of BCBAs, supporting individualized plans during after-school hours.

We offer flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and a team-oriented work environment designed to positively impact families and their children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities is preferred, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report findings.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
