Rolls-Royce plc in Novi, MI is seeking a Sales Manager – After Sales to drive service sales growth across North and Latin America. You will identify opportunities, develop quotes, and secure orders while coordinating with customers, distributor partners and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes CRM proficiency, strong communication, and independent collaboration across teams, with travel up to 50% and relocation assistance if applicable.

Competenze

• Associates degree in Engineering or Business with 4 years of applicable experience in support, sales or parts-marketing within after-sales, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of applicable experience, OR Master’s/PhD in Engineering or Business Management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available at this time.

Mansioni

• Drive Power Generation service sales growth in North and Latin America through prospecting, quoting and follow-up until purchase order receipt.
• Develop distributor partner capabilities including spare parts and engine inventory.
• Monitor and report market conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate new Power Generation service product ideas.
• Represent Rolls-Royce Power Systems professionally to all customer levels.
