Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Novi, MI is seeking a Commercial Manager for stationary Service to own end-to-end commercial finance topics and partner with the project team on hyperscale and other global services.

This hybrid role requires a finance or business degree with several years of experience; relocation assistance is available and a path to influence project cash flow, risk, and profitability. You will drive bid-to-cash, contract setup, risk reviews and reporting, collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Experience in manufacturing or service environments preferred.
• Proven ability to assess profitability, cash flow and risk.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end commercial responsibility in projects from bidding to execution (order-to-cash) and service setup.
• Act as business partner for large global projects and manage commercial tasks and challenges.
• Conduct project reviews and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify, track and manage commercial risks and opportunities with the project team.
• Optimize orders, changes and receivables; monitor budget and cash flow.
• Contribute to creation of framework contracts and sales agreements with customers.
• Collaborate across functions for comprehensive commercial support of projects.
• Maintain project objectives through regular review of costs and progress.

Education

Associate's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration

Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration

JD/PhD in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration
