Rolls-Royce is seeking a Sales Manager – After Sales in Novi, MI to grow Power Generation service sales across North and Latin America. You will identify opportunities, develop quotes, and secure purchase orders while collaborating with distributors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires engineering or business management studies (various degree options) and CRM experience, with willingness to travel up to 50% and a track record of results in after‑sales.

Formación

• Associates degree in Engineering or Business Management or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management with 2+ years of relevant experience in after-sales
• Master’s or PhD preferred for advanced roles
• In lieu of a degree, 6 years of applicable sales/parts-marketing experience in after-sales.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Power Generation service sales growth in North and Latin America through prospecting, quoting and following up until purchase order receipt.
• Develop distributor partner capabilities including spare parts and engine inventory.
• Monitor and report market conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate new Power Generation service product ideas.
• Represent Rolls-Royce Power Systems professionally to all customer levels.
