Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Aftermarket to drive growth in service and parts by building strong dealer relationships across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, and Missouri. The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with service centers to optimize maintenance solutions.

You will promote offerings, train dealers on tools, and stay current with SAP, PowerBI, and C4C while delivering exceptional warranty support and customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in portable industrial or construction equipment, parts, or service.
• Experience with distributors, rental companies, or construction industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships to grow aftermarket sales.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and build relationships with fleet, parts, service, and aftermarket contacts.
• Promote service offerings, parts, remanufactured equipment, major repairs, refurbishments, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with Service Center Managers to address customer needs and workload.
• Manage service leads and develop maintenance programs tailored to local customer needs.
• Train and support dealers in using service applications and tools.
• Maintain knowledge of service and parts offerings and systems such as SAP, PowerBI, C4C, and Office 365.
