Job summary

A#1 Air in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced After Hours-Weekend Dispatcher to coordinate logistics, dispatch technicians, and manage outbound priorities. You will tag jobs in Service Titan and support the sales and service teams with fast, accurate decisions.

Qualifications

• Dispatcher with 1+ year of dispatching experience.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceTitan experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch sales technicians and advisors based on lead type, urgency, and closing potential.
• Monitor outbound needs and track unsold estimates, pending approvals, and follow-up schedules.
• Tag all jobs correctly in Service Titan and verify business units assigned to each job.
• Assist technicians and sales staff with corrections before jobs are closed out.
