Gentiva is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct care, coordinate with the hospice team, and document activities to ensure high-quality, compassionate care at all times.

You will work independently while maintaining communication with daytime staff and families, supporting symptom management and care plans in home settings.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain.
• 1+ year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health, oncology, or palliative care.
• Ability to work after hours and holidays with a compassionate, calm demeanor.

• Provide direct patient care after normal business hours in homes, facilities, or where patients reside.
• Serve as liaison between patients, families, physicians and the hospice team during shifts.
• Document visits and communications accurately and participate in quality programs.
