Kind Senior Care is seeking an After Hours Care Coordinator to support our care team during weeknights and weekends. The role combines phone work with field support, requiring reliable internet and local residency.

A strong candidate will help maintain our high standard of care and be ready to act as a fill-in caregiver when needed. We value committed caregivers who love seniors and aim to join us long-term.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year admin or customer service experience.
• Passion for helping seniors remain safe and independent.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls outside regular office hours (evenings and weekends).
• Resolve client service or scheduling issues politely and efficiently.
• Monitor after-hours email and care log.
• Fill in as caregiver when shifts cannot be filled; caregiver time is well compensated.
• Perform any other tasks requested by Kind Senior CareOffice Staff.
