You’ll ensure coverage, reduce gaps, and keep clients receiving reliable care through timely updates, open shifts outreach, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn scheduling systems and internal tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, coordination, office administration, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Support caregiver schedules by assisting with updates, open shifts, and coverage needs.
• Contact caregivers about availability, schedule confirmations, weekend commitments, and holiday coverage.
• Respond to call-outs, late arrivals, and after-hours scheduling changes.
• Communicate schedule updates to caregivers, clients, families, and the office team.
• Maintain accurate availability records, scheduling notes, and on-call documentation.
• Identify unresolved coverage gaps or reliability concerns and elevate them to the appropriate team member.
