Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in on-site property management with at least 1 year as a Property Manager in affordable housing (Project Based Sec 8 and LIHTC).
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Aufgaben

• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate all site staff, including Assistant Managers and Leasing Professionals.
• Maximize occupancy through proactive leasing and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC, ADA, Fair Housing, and other regulations; maintain resident files and certifications.
• Increase efficiency by reviewing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and controlling operating costs.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance, inspections, and vendor management.
• Represent Evergreen Real Estate Group positively with community groups and stakeholders.
